What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order is 1 unit. Tell us your volumes and we will suggest the most economical way to combine models in your shipment.
What is the production lead time?
Standard lead time is 7–30 days. Lead times for private-label and custom configurations are confirmed with your quotation.
Which certifications do your products carry?
North American models are design-certified by CSA or listed by ETL (Intertek), with NSF, ETL Sanitation or CSA Sanitation listings; refrigeration also carries UL, DOE, CEC and NRCan where shown. International cooking models are CE marked, and our European refrigeration line is CE, UKCA, LFGB, RoHS and REACH compliant. Every product page lists the exact marks for that series, and you can view our certificates on the Certifications page.
Can you supply natural gas, LP, 220V or 380V versions?
Yes. Gas models are built for natural gas or LP (G20 / G30 / G31 on CE models). Please specify the gas type when ordering, as conversion kits are not supplied with every series. Electric models are available for 115–120V and 208–240V at 60 Hz, or 220V single-phase and 380V three-phase, with the plug type set for your market.
Do you offer OEM and private label?
Yes. We can supply under your brand: nameplates, control-panel graphics, manuals and cartons, together with the gas, voltage and plug configuration for your market. See OEM & ODM for details.
What are your payment terms?
We accept T/T (bank transfer). The deposit and balance schedule is confirmed on the proforma invoice for each order.
